What if my item is damaged or defective?

We happily replace defective or damaged items free of charge. Please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a replacement.

What if my item arrived opened?

If you receive an item that appears to have been opened or tampered with, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

How to Return an Item:

Contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  2. Clearly mark the package with the RMA number provided.
  3. Ship the package to the address we provide.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your own protection.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


  • Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within a certain number of business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first.

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item and use the refunded amount to place a new order for the desired item.


  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
